The Benefits Specialist: Retirement Plan Administrator is responsible for the administration of employee 401k and global pension programs, including providing administrative support to employees, retirees, and beneficiaries.  This position also is the primary administrator for the health savings account and flexible spending account programs and provides support for all other benefit plans.  The ideal candidate will be experienced with group benefits plans including 401k plans. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional, customer focused approach and possess strong communication skills. Work schedule is generally 8-5 M-F, some hybrid work may be an option, can be based out of Indianapolis or West Lafayette, Indiana.
