Transportation Coordinator

Support the Transport Team in ensuring that all necessary administrative needs are accurately maintained to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of service, to both its internal and external customers.  Every day is a new day in transportation!

Starting Salary - $30.00 per hour

Onsite Role: Monday - Friday

• Update DOT / FMSCA details and records as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance
• Fleet tracking of all Leased, Rented and Owned trucks to ensure compliance including maintenance, current registrations, lease/rental agreements, weekly and monthly mileage
• Coding of Fleet Invoices
• IFTA reporting
• Update various permits
• Monitor Driver Violations to include HOS, DVIRs and Safety via Samsara
• Track expiring Driver Documents and update as needed
• Fuel and Toll tracking
• Administer CAFM – Asset Software for Distbrution Center Maintenance tracking
• Adhoc tasks and projects as requested

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in transporation or logistics
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with FMCSA and DOT Regulations

Skills and Abilities:

• Prior experience within a Transportation business a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Attention to detail
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience.  The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
