Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivery of the recruitment process for assigned positions.  The role is a full cycle recruitment position that includes administration of the recruitment process, liaising with stakeholders daily, direct sourcing, screening, qualifying of candidates, offering and onboarding new hires to Inotiv.  In addition, attention to detail will be crucial while you maintain the Applicant Tracking Systems as well other systems to ensure that appropriate information is correct and available in a timely manner.

 

This is a full-time permanent position (37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday), working hybrid with weekly day or two at our Hillcrest site which is in Belton, just outside Loughborough.

  • Execute the entire recruiting life cycle to include sourcing candidates, maintaining and tracking process through our Applicant Tracking System, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, negotiating and creating job offers, distributing offer letters, creating contracts and reports, and helping new hires navigate through the pre-employment and onboarding stages
  • Work on openings across Europe but primarily in the UK and Netherlands, occasionally Spain, Italy, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your hiring leaders, TA and HR peers, vendors & schools, and company leadership
  • Provide intel on growing trends within the market as it relates to recruitment
  • Creating attractive sourcing activities
  • Develop recruiting partnerships including attending campus recruitment events as necessary (both in-person & virtual)
  • Participate in projects and other TA/HR operational activities
  • Generate and report on key metrics to leadership
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on TA best practices, tactics and strategies

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous professional experience OR coursework/internship experience in Human Resources or Recruiting is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience.  The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
