Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner I (Recruiter/Rekruteerder) plays a vital role in helping  fill open vacancies in the Netherlands while helping across EMEA. The role will involve liaising with the HR team, hiring managers, universities and candidates to attract and hire for our site in Horst and will additionally support needs in the UK and other areas of the EMEA Region as needed. 

 

This position is based at our operational site in Horst, Limburg and you must have your own transport. Full time position working 38 hours per week.  This is a six-month contract position and will be hybrid with approximately one to two days per week required on site. 

Ability to speak, read and write in both English and Dutch is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to address tactical and strategic needs, driving organizational change programs.
  • Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to nurture our team's potential.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for partnered operations, ensuring the best talent is onboarded.
  • Provide HR guidance, analyze trends, and develop solutions to enhance employee experience.
  • Resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Conduct exit interviews, provide feedback to senior leaders, and contribute to retention strategies.
  • Offer performance management guidance, fostering positive work relationships and increasing productivity.
  • Interpret HR policies, identify training needs, and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • One year or more of experience in the field of Campus or Corporate Recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills with written and spoken abilities in both Dutch & English is required
  • Customer focussed, positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for business needs
  • Highly organised and able to work with pace while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to problem solve, multi-task and re-prioritise
  • Positive approach with a desire to learn and continually improve
