Senior HR Business Partner

This position is based at our operational site in Horst, Limburg and you must have your own transport. Full time position working 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to address tactical and strategic needs, driving organizational change programs.
• Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to nurture our team's potential.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for partnered operations, ensuring the best talent is onboarded.
• Provide HR guidance, analyze trends, and develop solutions to enhance employee experience.
• Resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure legal compliance.
• Conduct exit interviews, provide feedback to senior leaders, and contribute to retention strategies.
• Offer performance management guidance, fostering positive work relationships and increasing productivity.
• Interpret HR policies, identify training needs, and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.

• Requirements:

  • Experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and manage teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for business needs.
